Farming in Minecraft is an essential part of the cubic adventure. And while most of the crop textures have recently been reworked (with version 1.14), they remain true to their original form. There are simple ways to improve them, notably with the Fancy Crops Add-On by Bee's.
Fancy Crops Textures
Fancy Crops is an Add-On/Resource Pack created by bebebea_loste that significantly improves Minecraft's crop textures to make them more natural and realistic. New plant variations have also been added for greater consistency and to avoid the repetition of certain textures that can become tiring over time. The author has also improved the textures of the seeds and the hay bale block.

Furthermore, this Add-On was designed to work fully with the Farmer's Delight mod. You can therefore find the reworked crop textures to improve and perfect your fields or garden. This makes the gardening experience more vibrant and enjoyable.
Finally, the fluffy crop model should also work with all mods that add new crops (like Croptopia in particular).
Compatibility
You may encounter an in-game message like "made for a newer version of Minecraft" if you're not playing the latest version of the game. You can completely ignore it, as the add-on is compatible with versions from 1.19 to 1.21.8.
Furthermore, Fancy Crops doesn't require additional optimization mods to be installed, but you can always add more if you wish.
