SHADERS

Today, I'm introducing you to a breathtaking shader, its sheer realism and the beauty of Minecraft's natural elements elevated to a level never before seen, at least at the time of its creation. If you've always dreamed of stunning, authentic, and enhanced graphics in Minecraft, TME Shaders is for you.
TME Shaders (Too Much Effects) was created by CrankerMan in 2014 and continued until 2019. It's a shader inspired by the famous Chocapic13, whose goal is to magnify and enhance the graphics in Minecraft. As you can see, CrankerMan decided to make the gaming experience completely unique and original by offering a highly realistic shader, without taking into account the potential loss of FPS. It was a true revolution for the time (#OldButGold).
To share a little of my experience with you, I played with TME Shaders for a long time (you will see my screenshots below). If you have explored my blog, you have certainly understood that I love walking in nature, enjoying my environment, and exploring the many landscapes that Minecraft offers. Thanks to mods, I was able to improve this experience by amplifying and magnifying it, and these are the characteristics that impressed me the most when playing with TME Shaders. Minecraft becomes much more natural, the sunrise is a breathtaking golden pink, while the sky is such a realistic blue that it enhances the scenery. Having compared several times, I often had the impression that the sky is like that of real life at times, and it is certainly this aspect that makes TME Shaders truly unique. The lights and shadows are also very well done. The colors are therefore soft and very natural, with the Vanilla style, but much better. Furthermore, it's true that this shader requires a lot of resources from your computer to run. But if you have a good configuration, you won't have any particular problems. And I also recommend using it with OptiFine and Iris Shaders; it's always better that way. While the latest version of the shader seems to be the most polished (TME v3 RC5), I recommend trying the others to find the version that suits you best.
TME Shaders has undergone many developments to improve it. Unfortunately, it was not continued. It seems that CrankerMan no longer had the time or the desire, which is understandable. However, it would be really great if someone had the skills to pick it up and continue it, because it would be well-deserved! For my part, TME Shaders is a real favorite! I would say that Bliss Shaders is a great pick-up in terms of realistic and natural graphics.
